[MANDALA] Summer Collection part 1 !

Tempura Island is a volunteer SIM that has been managed by Tempura family.
The management cost of the SIM has been covered by the proceeds of Mandala, the shop of Kikunosuke the SIM owner.


Tempura島はテンプラファミリーが運営するボランティアシムです。
シムの管理費は、シムオーナーのkikunosukeの店「MANDALA」の売上によってまかなわれています。

First of all, I have to tell you one important thing.
TEMPURA ISLAND sim, my home, celebrated its fifth anniversary on May 25th.
I would say thank you for the family and friends who have supported TEMPURA ISLAND and me for fifty thousand times!  I thank you and I love you, really, extremely!!

まず大事なことを皆さんに知らせなければならぬよ。
僕の家である　TEMPURA ISLAND simが5月25日に5周年を迎えました。
これまで　僕とTEMPURA島を支えてくれた　友達、家族にありがとうと5万回言いたい！まじで　ちょー　感謝してるっ！愛してる！

Now I prepared special jewelry that perfectly matches for the memorable fifth anniversary of TEMPURA ISLAND.

テンプラ島記念すべき5周年にふさわしいスペシャルなジュエリーを製作しましたょ。






●[MANDALA]TEFUTEFU_Jewelry Set（unrigged mesh)

TefuTefu means a butterfly in old Japanese language.
In the world of Buddhism, it is said that butterflies have a power to flit over this life and go to the next world, and a symbol of metempsychosis that has a meaning to change oneself newer and more beautiful (stronger).
I created this being inspired by the beauty of the color that represents TEMPURA ISLAND.
That was made of a lot of jewelry aligned in good balance as the pattern of butterfly wings.
That is gorgeous jewelry that is suitable for clothing for a special day.
here are 6 colors.  The color of the metal part and the leather on the back can be changed through HUD.

TefuTefuとは古い日本語で蝶を意味します。
仏教の世界で、蝶はあの世とこの世を行きかう力があるとされ、「輪廻転生」の象徴、新しい自分になる、美しく(強く)変化するという意味があります。
テンプラ島を象徴する色の美しさからインスパイアされて製作されました。
蝶の模様のごとくバランスよく並べられた　沢山の宝石。
スペシャルな日の装いにふさわしい豪華なジュエリーです。
6色展開。金属の部分と後ろの皮の部分はＨＵＤで色チェンジできます。

ERO-SENSEI means in Japanese, “Teacher of eroticism” who knows well about erotic things.
Simple design, four types of necklace are included. Unisex.
Earrings are for women and pierces are unisex.

ERO-SENSEIとは日本語で「エロの先生」、エロの方面に精通した先生という意味です。
シンプルなデザイン。4タイプのネックレス入ってます。ﾕﾆｾｯｸｽ。
イヤリングは女性用。ピアスはユニセックス。







●[MANDALA] Katakori necklace(UNISEX/unrigged mesh)

A combination necklace with chunky chains.
Katakori means in Japanese, “Stiffness in the shoulder”.
I created this while considering that if this was worn for a long period, it might cause stiff neck.
Three colors.  Simple version is also included.  Unisex.

長い間装着したら肩が疲れるだろうよ　と思いながら製作しました。

●[MANDALA]DNA _Jewelry_set（female/unrigged mesh)

My daughter has a mind of her own, may be inherited from my wife.
I am looking forward to seeing her in future.
I created this while considering that DNA is great.
Simple design.  Three colors.  Earrings included.
There are 3 colors


僕の娘は妻に性格が似たのか気が強くて将来が楽しみなのです。
遺伝子は偉大だと考えながら製作しました。
シンプルなデザイン。3色展開。イヤリング入り。







●[MANDALA]Gyatei-Necklace（UNISEx/Unrigged mesh)

I created this inspired by Prajna-paramita-hrdaya, one of the Buddhist scriptures.
Gyatei has a meaning of to cross over, to go ahead, and to live.
The top necklace and the bottom one can be worn separately.  Unisex.
There are 4 colors


仏教の経典の一つ般若心経からインスパイアされて製作したネックレス。
gyatei=渡ろう。前に進もう。生きよう。という意味があります。
上のネックレスと下のネックレスそれぞれ個別に装着することもできます。ユニセックス。








●[MANDALA]Nyorai Jewelry set(female/unrigged mesh)

Nyorai is a name of Buddha in Buddhism.
Nyo means truth, and rai means to come.The word means a person from a world of truth.
Two types of choker included, with and without studs.
There are 2 colors


Nyoraiとは仏教でいう釈迦を指す名称。
「如」が真実、「来」が来たるの意で、真実の世界から来た者の意。
シンプルなチョーカーとイヤリングのセット。
チョーカーはスタッズがついたタイプと　ついていないバージョンの二種類入り。








●[MANDALA]Okaki Face piercing set(Unisex/unrigged mesh) 

Simple face pierce set.
These were made last winter for myself, but I released these since there were many requests.
Eyebrow pierce, nose pierce, mouth pierce, and plug.  Each one can be worn separately.
Editable.  Unisex.


シンプルな顔ピアスのセット。
昨年の冬に自分で使うために作ったものですが　　多くの問い合わせが
あったのでリリースしました。
眉毛ピアス、鼻ピアス、口ピアス、プラグ、それぞれ個別につけることもできます。
編集可能。ユニセックス。

Tempura celebrates its 5th anniversary today.
All the people say “miracle” in chorus.  Yes it is true.

テンプラSIMは今日で5年目を経過した。
人々は皆、口をそろえて「奇跡」と言う。確かにそうだ。


In SL where time flies faster than RL,
how is it difficult to keep popularity for such five years?
Anyone who lives in this virtual world might understand that.

ＲＬよりも時間の流れが速いＳＬにおいて、
5年間も変わらず人気を保ち続けることがどんなに大変か
この仮想世界に身をおいている人間ならわかるはず。

There are many other SIMs that are simply beautiful.
To keep some events all the time, to put gift items,
there are many ways to gather peoples, and they are easy.
But such SIMs will get tired easily.
Why is Tempura capturing people minds?
Why has Tempura kept everlasting popularity for such five years without any event or gift item?

美しいだけのＳＩＭなら他にもたくさんある。
常時イベントをしていたり、ギフトアイテムを置いたり
人を集める方法なんていくらでもあるし簡単だ。
しかしそういったＳＩＭや店はすぐに飽きられてしまう。
ではテンプラの何が人々の心を捕らえるのか？
イベントなし、ギフトアイテムなしで　なぜ5年間も変わらぬ人気を維持できるのか。

Tempura has its own “one and only interpretation of the world” and “individual characteristics” that nobody can follow.
And above all the existence of the Tempura family who secure the SIM..
And the absolute secure feel that was created by it.
The snugness.
Tempura is never a perfect SIM, but it will be the topmost one in SL as a comfortable place.
Among the gathering spots that attract people without any special event,
there is something in common, snugness, which is true also in RL.

テンプラは「唯一無二の世界観」と誰も真似できない「個性」を持っている。
そして他ならぬシムを守るテンプラファミリーの存在。
それによって生まれる絶対的な安心感。
居心地のよさ。
テンプラは決して完璧なＳＩＭではないけれども、居心地の良さでいうなら
ＳＬ内でトップレベルだと思う。
特別なイベントなどしなくとも　人が自然に集まってくる所には
居心地がよいという共通点がある。これはＲＬでも同じことだ。

These five years I aged together with Tempura.
There are too many things that I received from Tempura.
Meeting with friends that are my treasures, existence of the family that I can open and double my heart,
the place where I can heal my heart whenever I visit there.
Tempura, one of the servers of a little virtual world, now has developed to a thing that changes my conception of life.
This may seem exaggerated, but it is true.
Seriously the great Tempura.
Thank you, Tempura.
I am proud of being an owner of Tempura SIM.

テンプラと一緒に歳を重ねたこの5年。
僕がテンプラから得たものはたくさんありすぎる。
宝物のような友達との出会い。心を重ねあわせることのできる家族の存在。
いつ行っても心を癒すことができる場所。
小さな仮想世界の一つのサーバーであるテンプラが
僕の人生の価値観を変えるまでになった。
大げさに聞こえるだろうけど事実なんだよ。
マジで偉大なテンプラ。
ありがとうテンプラ。
テンプラシムのオーナーであることを誇りに思う。

Thank you for securing Tempura all the time together with me.
I could not have done to this state without your support.  You are absolutely necessary.
I will do my best to maintain this place,

天ぷら5周年記念家族からのご挨拶

I cannot depict my love for tempura within a single phrase. Now five years have passed and various reminiscences during initial phases of the construction come in one after another like a shadow-picture lantern.

Tempuraに対する愛情は一言では表現できない。。
5年たった今、構築当初のいろいろな思い出が走馬灯のようによみがえってくる。


That Kikunosuke and I entered SL in 2007 to collect news materials, and went for the charm of it gradually.
That we tried to establish a stylish SIM together with our friends.
That finally the place was decided to be a praying spot for gods with a theme of love and healing.
That the design and concept were entrusted to the talent of Kiku, and I decided the place and opening date considering fortune-telling from sibylline standpoint.
That Tempura was handed to Kiku in embryo, and Kiku strived to learn Photoshop in order to complete Tempura.
That finally Kiku was the person who finished the super beautiful shape that is seen now.
That he created jewelry utilizing the technique he learned and opened Mandala shop of which sales amount is now managing Tempura. And much more...


私とkikunosukeは、2007年に取材が目的でSLに入り、次第にその魅力にのめりこんだこと。
仲間とともにスタイリッシュなシムを構築しようとしたこと。
最終的には愛と癒しがテーマの先祖と神への祈りの場所と決まったこと。
デザインとコンセプトはkikuの才能に任せて、私は占いなど神秘的な観点から、Tempuraの場所やオープンする日などを選んで決めたこと。
Tempuraは未完成のままkikuに引き渡され、kikuはTempuraを完成させるためにフォトショップを必死で学んだこと。
最終的にTempuraを今の超美しい形に完成したのはkikuだったこと。
彼は学んだ技術でジュエリーを作り、曼陀羅の店をオープンさせ、そこの売り上げでTempuraの管理費を捻出していること。などなど。


We positioned Tempura as “A good old utopia that current explorers have found in a deep jungle”.
This is a magical world where the West (renaissance) and the East (Mandala) will be blended in the best way.
This is a borderless place for social interaction, for earthians regardless of race, culture and time.
This is a peaceful place with love and mysteriousness that can be seldom found in RL.
Our family will sustain our further efforts to keep Tempura.

I profoundly love Tempura and the family.
Please kindly continue to be cooperative.  Your support will create the future Tempura.

私たちはTempuraは「現代の探検家が深いジャングルの中で発見した古き良きユートピア]と位置づけています。
そこは西洋（ルネッサンス）と東洋(曼陀羅)が巧みに融合する魔法の世界。
人種や文化や時間を超越した国境のない地球人のための社交場。
RLにはほとんど存在しない、まれに見る神秘と愛に満ちた安らぎの場所です。
私たち家族はこれからもTempuraを存続させるために更なる努力を重ねていくでしょう。
